To succeed in this role you have knowledge and experience in:
Cloud applications, specifically ServiceNow and ITSM or Enterprise Service Management Experience.
Application development, software development life cycle (SDLC) and the ability to engage in both a technical an architecture level to ensure robust, extendable and maintainable solutions for our customers.
Knowledge in eg. CSM, ITOM, PPM, HRSD, ITIL, agile development and Scrum/SAFe.
We appreciate both your Swedish and English language skills.
As a person we believe you have a problem solving and innovative mind-set. Using your strong communication skills, you have the ability to discuss and understand our customers' needs and to challenge our customers in a positive way.
You like to be part of a team working towards common goals but are at the same time responsible and have the ability to operate and deliver independently and flexible. If you are also social and do your work with a smile on your face, you will be a great contribution to our team!
