To our Customer Service department we are now looking for a service technician. You will be based at our head office in Malmö, Sweden.
You will proactively support a set of AudioDev customers with their service needs after the initial equipment sale, from installation through the lifecycle usage of the product. You will be the initial contact point for the customer for their regular support needs under warranty and following service contract arrangements. Beside installations you will also perform onsite preventative maintenance and repairs. Your customers will primarily be based in Europe. You like travelling, which is half of the time.
We look for a person with at least an Upper Technical degree & good skills in English, both verbal & writing. Driving license is a must. German and Spanish skills are valued.
It is most important that you are a technical & outgoing person with an easy way in your customer contacts. It is a plus if you have worked in similar positions earlier.
