Our section, Finance & Business Control IT, supports our business by developing and maintaining solutions for Scania's accounting teams. We aim to provide systems that enable the group reporting workflow by delivering cost-efficient and sustainable solutions. We are a highly collaborative and diverse team. We are currently integrating agile methods to enhance our cross-functional work and becoming better at adapting our deliveries to our customers time-bound activities.
We are looking to complement our team with an agile, structure & driven service responsible that wants to lead and deliver stable & efficient solutions.
Your Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be change management, requirement handling, and quality assurance in our daily deliveries to Scania group reporting. You will lead the work from request of system changes to deployment including test as well as release management.
You'll be a part of a team of developers & system administrators, led by a Service Responsible whom you'll work closely too. Together we'll aim to adopt an agile approach to work in close cooperation with business and product owner.
To succeed in this role you'll need to efficiently lead, coordinate & organize the teams' daily deliveries and drive continuous process improvements in our work processes.
Your Profile
We believe that you are a Group Reporting professional with 3-5 years of work experience. You have experience in system administration or implementation of Group Reporting or ERP systems. You have a university degree in finance; it's meritorious if you have experience in the IT-field as well or a strong interest in IT. You are experienced in Agile methods.
You should have a good understanding of:
• Group reporting
• JIRA
• ERP or HFM
You are a person with a strong collaborative focus, a team player that thinks communication is important to reach the targets. You do this by making complex problems easily understood for developers and other teams. You are a natural leader that includes your colleagues. You also aim to contribute to an open team culture where knowledge-sharing is a priority.
