We are hiring an excellent communicator to take on the role as Service Owner for Diagnostics!

Uptime is the key for Volvo Truck 's customers to keep their commitments and to drive efficiency. Within the Uptime department we have the responsibility to maximize uptime by development of aftermarket strategies, services and supporting processes, always towards the objective to increase customer satisfaction.
The Service Owner for Workshop Diagnostics will be responsible to set-up, maintain and support the aftermarket with diagnostic workshop services, processes and tools. You will serve as the main interface towards Sales Areas and markets to build, maintain and support the Volvo Trucks diagnostic roadmap.
You will report to the Manager Maintainability within Service Operations department.
Main activities:
• Build roadmap and drive strategic direction for workshop diagnostic services
• Support, collect and analyze input from Sales Areas, markets and dealers regarding diagnostic services
• Develop Volvo Trucks fault tracing process to support uptime targets
• Participate in Diagnostic Tools Steering Committee
• Responsible for diagnostic tool hardware strategy and offer (incl pricing and packaging)
• Manage diagnostic tool maintenance priorities

You shine when you get to identify an improvement, analyze input from different markets or when you give a presentation. You have a commercial mindset and understand customer needs and technical aspects of the truck.
• M.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent
• Fluent in English, verbally and in writing
• Understanding of the Aftermarket business and workshop environment
• Good understanding of truck industry services trends
• Good organizational skills
