Look no further, as we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our team!
Your Role
As a Service Engineer, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service for our safety and alarm systems, particularly in the marine industry. You will work on projects that span from shipyards to vessels, making a real difference in safety and functionality.
Your responsibilities include:
Advanced Service and Commissioning Plan and execute advanced service and commissioning tasks for alarm systems, with a focus on fire and gas detection solutions. Your work will take you to shipyards and vessels, requiring technical precision and adherence to project deadlines and budgets.
Documentation Keep detailed records of your work in our CRM system, contributing to technical advancements and supporting sales initiatives.
Customer Support Provide expert technical assistance to customers via phone and email, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction.
Training Conduct training sessions on our systems for internal teams, service representatives, and crew members, sharing your expertise to build knowledge across the organization.
You'll be based in Gothenburg during the initial training phase, followed by relocation to the Netherlands.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a reliable and adaptable professional who:
Has a degree or equivalent experience in marine, mechanical, or electronics engineering.
Brings hands-on experience in the marine industry.
Understands international marine regulations.
Excels at independently managing repairs and adaptations for alarm systems.
Communicates fluently in English, both written and spoken.
Has a valid European driver's license.
