hela Sverige On behalf of our client, we are now seeking a Service Designer to enhance and develop digital fleet management tools. In this role, you will focus on improving platforms that provide valuable insights into machine status, productivity, and health for both electric and diesel-powered machines. ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Service Designer, you will play a key role in shaping user experiences for fleet management tools by translating customer needs into actionable service improvements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between user requirements, business goals, and technical feasibility. Your work will involve conducting customer research, visualizing service journeys, and facilitating creative workshops to drive alignment and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and refine digital services that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Conduct research to understand customer needs, translating insights into actionable strategies.
Develop service journeys, blueprints, and visual touchpoints to communicate design concepts effectively.
Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions, ensuring alignment between technology, business, and user experience.
Facilitate workshops-both digital and in-person-to drive ideation and co-creation.
Establish methodologies for measuring and improving customer journeys and service performance.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A relevant educational background in service design, UX, or a related field, supported by a portfolio showcasing previous work.
A minimum of 2 years of experience working with the design and development of digital services in a corporate environment, including expertise in customer research, persona development, service journey mapping, and blueprinting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic improvements.
Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to collaborate across teams, influence decision-making, and drive alignment toward customer-centric goals.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.n.
