The Customer Care department consist of 100 in house agents and forms Klarna Service Center divided in country regions. Our primarily goal is to deliver excellent service to both end customers and merchants providing the Klarna purchase tool on their e-commerce sites. The Service Center is a young organization with employees who work independently with high focus on the daily deliveries as well as on the long term goals. The KSC Management team is managed by four Country Managers, Admin Manager, Quality Manager and a Planner handling all incoming errands. The environment is rapid, in constant change and very transparent.

Working tasks
The work tasks for the Service Delivery Manager will exist of different tasks all within the area of managing our outsourced parts. This will mean a great deal of binding ties with our partner working together to achieve the best possible service to our end customers. We want to deliver high quality in our service center so quality assurance and related competence increasing activities comes high up on the agenda. This will for example mean working with:

Quality Assurance, being on the site(s) and listen, see, listen, see, listen and listen some more
Competitions, roll out, manage and report
Tear down walls between the in house and the outsourced team
Deliver the right conditions for our partner to do an excellent job

You will report to the Country Manager and have a central role in our Service Center organization and therefor a great deal of responsibility but also freedom in your daily work.

Requirements
We will premiere candidates that have documented experience from managing/buying customer service solutions like outsourcing before. If you have worked with setting up claims and working with achieving these within any branch is meritorious. To be able to communicate in a clear way, documented rhetoric skills is highly meritorious. You will be able to stand on a stage in a room full of people and motivate them, social skills is therefor a must! As a person you are curious and have the ability to act independent and humble. Since it is always important to think impact and economical effects its important that you have the ability to ?calculate? effects on different actions. Furthermore you are fluent in Swedish and English.

The role is new at Klarna and the right candidate has the possibility to form working methods and try out new ways to work together so that we can deliver a excellent service to our customers.
