hela Sverige Huawei's Swedish operation is growing fast. Currently we are more than 500 employees in Kista, Lund and Göteborg.
We are currently looking for confident, motivated and driven Senior System Engineers to support our sales division towards the Enterprise segment. As reporting to the Enterprise Manager, you will be based at our Stockholm/Kista office covering the territory within the Nordics and Baltic organization with focus on Sweden.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical and sales support for accounts in assigned territory.Direct account and partner responsibilities for selected accounts in assigned territory (possibility to travel). Assist with the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities. Consult with customers to understand their needs and design effective solutions. Deliver technical presentations/workshops and training for customers, partners and prospects. Keep up-to-date on the market, competitive solutions, products and services. Actively participate as a specialist on assigned Virtual Teams and provide consultative support in their area of specialization to other Systems Engineers. A strong background from this area is required.
Skills and Experience Required:
• Strong knowledge in general within the areas such as Switching, Routing, L2, L3, IP, MPLS, VPN, DHCP, DNS, trunking, aggregation, collaboration, acceleration, security (Network/Firewalls and Servers), O&M, storage, mobility and virtualization.
• Customer oriented, Goal oriented and systematic.
Manage and coordinate all activities between Huawei and the customer. Promote the full range of Huawei Technologies solutions to defined customers.
• Competitive knowledge (in their area of specialization) including solution, technology and product offerings.
• Comfortable applying business knowledge and financial expertise to assist identify & qualify opportunities as part of an account team.
• Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of technology solutions through channel partners, and into customers.
• Ability to work effectively alone and also add value as a team member.
• Fluent Swedish and English communication skills.
• Strong documentation skill is appreciated.
• You are a social person with interpersonal skills. You have a genuine interest for datacom/telecom/ technology.
