In this position, you will work with System Development in the clearing system SECUR, focused on the risk management functionality. The job includes development of new functionality as well as maintenance of existing functionality for the Nordic markets (derivatives and commodities).
You will be required to identify client needs and provide effective and innovative solutions to meet these needs. The work is carried out in projects and you will, together with a highly motivated and talented team, develop and lead the product forward.
Qualifications required:
• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proven industry experience with system development in C/C++.
• Excellent language skills in written and spoken Swedish and English.
• Business knowledge from the financial industry with knowledge of trading rules, financial instruments and risk management is highly qualifying.
• Experience from OpenVMS and Linux is qualifying.
To suit this position you have a pro-active approach with a service minded ‘can do’ attitude. A proven ability to successfully progress difficult problems to a conclusion and a strong client focus is also crucial for this position. The ideal candidate is a natural team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to build knowledge. To be successful in this role you need to be able to multi task and efficiently manage time and priorities, working against firm delivery dates with short time to market.
