MMT (Marin Mätteknik AB) was founded in 1976 and is today a leading global company within Marine Survey, Marine Geology, Positioning, and Seafloor mapping. We employ approximately 220 staff with specialist competence in environment, geology, technology and shipping. MMT had a turnover in 2010 of 300 million SEK (approx).

We are looking for a Senior Surveyor, someone with appropriate technical skills and a love to work with the latest technology within subsea industry e.g. ROV, Side Scan Sonars, Multibeam sonars, underwater positioning and more.

As a Senior Surveyor at MMT you will be responsible for the installation, calibration and operation of the equipment. You will conduct verification tests before and during the projects to confirm that the collected data is correct.

Good skills in data and electronics are a requirement, a good knowledge of positioning and geodesy is a plus.

The successful applicant should have good interpersonal skills and an interest in creating good relations. You should also have experience of practical work, be reliable, and willing to take responsibility.

You will receive in-house education and will work in turns of 4 weeks (4 weeks onshore, 4 weeks offshore). It might also be possible to work 2 weeks turns.
