We are currently recruiting for the position SeniorSpecialist Used Truck Management. ReportingIn this role you will be part of Mercedes-BenzTruck division driving and developing the Used Trucks business in both Swedenand Denmark. You will report directly to our Managing Director Trucks Swedenand Denmark. Your keyresponsibilities
You will have the overall responsibility for theUsed trucks business and work in close collaboration with colleagues in bothSweden, Denmark and Headquarter. On top of this you will be the main contact andcollaboration partner to our dealers in all used trucks topics. The truck division is partof Mercedes-Benz Swedish and Danish importer organization which in its turn is partof Daimler Group with headquarter in Stuttgart, Germany. The position is placed inMalmö, Dockan. From here you will plan and drive the daily operational businessfor Used Trucks Sweden and Denmark. You will in this role have a closecollaboration with the other divisions within Mercedes-Benz and Mercedes-BenzFinance Sweden and Denmark. This comprises more in detail: Wholesale remarketing of used trucks to MB dealer network Steering of return process used trucks Administration of Wholesale offer and administration tool (IUCCA, Xentry) Negotiating sales target agreements with MB dealer network Consultancy of MB dealer network in regard to used truck business Residual value setting for single and fleet transactions Safeguarding of residual values for key account transactions Steering of international dispatch process, mainly in Denmark Execution of operational planning About you
As a person you are result driven, structuredand passionate about your work. You possessinformal authority and have analytical abilities. At the same time you are astrong communicator and listener with the ability to evolve and maintain goodcollaboration both internally and externally. Multi-tasking and working towardsdeadlines are other words that characterizes you. You have a minimum of 5 years' experience indelivering top results within B2B and/or B2C sale with experience from commercialautomotive industry preferably within the used trucks business. You possess aprofound product knowledge and have a deep insight in used truck processes suchas residual value systematic, sales calculation, stock and price management. It is important that you have an understandingof the used trucks market and have an insight in the MB dealer network. You like to lead and develop a specific businessarea and are able to perform in an excellent way by using your strong managementand controlling skills. On top of this you have a strong business mind-set incombination with a high degree of technical understanding. To be successful in this role it is crucial thatyou are fluent in Swedish and English. Since you are also working towards the Danishmarket it is of great importance that you understand and can make yourselfunderstood also to Danish dealers and collaboration partners. German languageskills are seen as meriting but is not mandatory. Interested?
