The CEVT HR team consists of 25 highly skilled professionals, working together in a dynamic and diverse environment. We believe in teamwork and feedback, we are passionate about what we do and we like to have fun at work. Our Compensation & Benefits team is responsible for both payroll and C&B. Working closely together, we are supporting each other and share our knowledge.

In your role you will have a great opportunity to being involved on both a strategic and an operational level. You will be the center of expertise for many C&B related topics, ranging from IPE evaluations and the salary revision process to our benefit program and company cars.
In close collaboration with C&B Director and other HR functions you will be developing a progressive C&B strategy which drives an agile culture and strengthens CEVT's attractiveness as an employer. With an in-depth understanding of business needs you will be creating C&B policies, innovative solutions and offerings to cater to different business strategies and talent profiles.
As Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist you are continuously supporting HRBPs and Recruiters in all elements of compensation (salary benchmarking and position evaluation) to provide recommendations for salary adjustments and new hire offers.

We believe you have a strong foundation in labor law, are comfortable in interpreting Swedish collective agreements and are familiar with Swedish pension schemes and insurances. You are also experienced in conducting benchmark analysis and market intelligence, and providing insightful and constructive advice on short/long term incentive programs.
As an expert within your field, you are confident in creating and leading internal trainings within your areas of expertise. In this role you are also responsible for driving and developing C&B processes such as salary revision and salary chartering.
To succeed in this role, you have several years' of C&B experience and are also familiar with other HR processes and understand their connection to Compensation & Benefits. To thrive in this role you enjoy working with both more complex and long term strategies as well as day-to-day administrative work.

Key focus in your role:

- Actively contributing to establishing an adaptive and progressive Compensation & Benefits strategy.
- Being the centre of expertise for C&B topics including e.g. IPE evaluations and salary chartering.
- Driving and developing C&B processes and policies.
- Administration, statistics and analysis related to e.g. incentive programs, salary revision and other benefits.
