Our Advanced Engineering Solutions team is now looking for an experienced Lead / Specialist CFD Engineer with work location Sweden, preferably with cross-disciplinary knowledge within Flow Assurance (FA). What will you be doing?
- Act as a lead engineer on CFD and flow assurance studies in all project phases, including concept studies, FEED, tender phase, execution projects and commissioning.
- Provide robust engineering solutions and method development that enable world class digital prototyping tools.
- Work on activities relating to all aspects of fluid transport through subsea process systems and pipelines including modelling of e.g. thermal, multiphase, erosion, vibration, separation applications.
- Communicate the value of digital prototyping internally and externally
- Participate in technical sales activities towards clients, and maintain relations with external expertise within suppliers, research organizations and universities.
We think you should have:
- Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience, related to CFD and subsea applications.
- Master's degree or PhD in relevant engineering discipline, such as Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related studies.
- Extensive knowledge of engineering best practices and relevant industry standards.
- A strong team-work ethic with the ability to communicate and cooperate with diverse and international colleagues.
- Experience using the following software is preferable: - o Star-CCM+
- o SpaceClaim
- o ANSA
- o HYSYS
- o Pipesim
- Good English language skills
