What you will do
At Volvo Group Digital & IT you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will:
Drive the work to capture, document, break down and detail business needs and requirements into a solution description across different IT solutions. You will typically work in the early phases of the design and development process, and the work can encompass exploring opportunities, idea generation, identifying feasible solutions to different needs, documenting epics, features and user stories. You will also participate in planning of program increments and DevOps teams sprint planning.
Your future team
You'll be working in a team in Volvo Penta, together with business stakeholders, architects, UX designers, product managers and product owners, responsible for designing, building and operating an IT solution for ECOM.
You'll also have your home "chapter" in Volvo Group Digital & IT together with others with the same skillsets, where you can grow expertise, share, learn, and socialize across domains.
Who are you?

* Several years of work as requirement manager / business analyst / solution engineer in complex IT solution landscapes and complex stakeholder structures
* Good analytical skills
* Experience in writing Epics, Features and User Stories with Acceptance Criteria
* Solid knowledge of working with agile methodology, and experience in agile planning.
* Self-motivation
* Communication and interpersonal skills
It's considered an advantage if you also have:
* Experience from and good understanding of the ECOM business context and related solutions
* Experience from working as a business analyst in the Volvo group environment
