As a senior Software Developer you will work with interesting system and projects that support business process around planning and production. You will work together in a team with other skilled software developers to design and implement custom systems for our users in our production offices around the world.
We often work with agile development methods with close collaboration between different areas of expertise in the team, project managers, architects, requirement specialists, software developers and testers.
To succeed in your role we see that you to have experience of working with complex solutions and that you are happy to take on a senior role in a development team or acting as a mentor to other more junior software developers.
Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Software Developer comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun.
Your role consist of:
• Analyze, design and implement functions for systems that are already in maintenance,or to develop future solutions in projects.
• Pair programming and code reviews in small cross functional team and sometimes in distributed teams.
• Ensure quality e.g. by unit tests
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
To succeed in you role, we see that you have at least 4 years of development experience in Microsoft environment. We would like you to have deep knowledge of C#, .Net and preferably have experience in:
• ASP.NET MVC and JavaScript framework, e.g. AngularJS, KnockoutJS
• Entity Framework and SQL
• Azure
• Team city
• GIT and/or Subversion
Experience of test-driven development and Unit testing is a plus. There is also an advantage if you have been working with offshore and distributed teams. We want you communicate fluently in both Swedish and English
