You will work together in a team with other skilled software developers to design and implement custom systems for our users in our production offices around the world.
We often work with agile development methods with close collaboration between different areas of expertise in the team, project managers, architects, requirement specialists, software developers and testers.

Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Software Developer comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun.
Your role consists of:
• Analyze, design and implement functions for systems that are already in maintenance, or to develop future solutions in projects
• Pair programming and code reviews in small cross functional team and sometimes in distributed teams
• Ensure quality e.g. by unit tests
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
We want you to have experience of working with complex solutions and that you are happy to take on a senior role in a development team or acting as a mentor to other more junior software developers.
To succeed in you role, we see that you have at least 4 years of development experience in Microsoft environment. We would like you to have deep knowledge of C#, .Net and preferably have experience in:
• ASP.NET MVC and JavaScript framework (ex AngularJS, KnockoutJS)
• Entity Framework and SQL
• Azure
• Team city
• GIT and/or Subversion
Experience of test-driven development and Unit testing is a plus. There is also an advantage if you have been working with offshore and distributed teams. We want you to have strong communication skills in both Swedish and English (written and spoken)
