Sensitive Business mitigates business engagement risks from the Technology, Geopolitical, Reputational, and Regulatory risk areas, and is a key part of Ericsson's human rights due diligence in relation to sales.
We are looking for a Senior Sensitive Business Manager, a key senior role within GFMC (Group Function Marketing & Corporate Relations) Sensitive Business, reporting to the Head of Sensitive Business. In this role you will lead the transformation of Sensitive Business from a tactical unit to a strategic unit. The strategic unit issues business engagement rules. The business engagement rules allow delegation of currently non-delegated business.
To be successful in this role, you need to build a personal network throughout Ericsson in the Market Areas, Business Areas, and Group functions. You will engage on all levels within Ericsson.
What you will do
Drive sophisticated business engagement rule development that protects Ericsson from risk exposure in a cross organizational setting and oversee its documentation.
Lead change and challenge current ways of working, to support in ensuring that Ericsson's solutions are used in accordance with international human rights standards.
Build your Ericsson-wide personal network
Engage with people on many distinct levels within Ericsson
Dig deep while always keeping the big picture and final goals in front of you
Agree with Market Areas and Group function on the best way forward in complex engagements
Identify triggers that detects engagements with potential risks to Ericsson or to the communities in which we operate.
You will bring
A senior professional or executive with 10+ years' business experience
Eye for business
A customer first mentality.
Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
A multicultural mentality
Unimpaired integrity
Strong Ericsson portfolio and technical proficiency
Well-developed strategic and tactical skills
Analytical capabilities
Strong cross organizational leadership capabilities
With experience or interest in political, reputational and technology and human rights risks you'd bring extra value
