hela Sverige We are currently looking for a Senior RF Power Amplifier Engineer based at our R&D office in Kista, Stockholm and with periodic visits to our offices in Shanghai and Shenzhen. This person will work in the Power Amplifier Research and Development team giving innovative solutions for the PA circuit to improve the size, efficiency, bandwidth and linearity.
Responsibilities includes evaluate new devices/technologies experimentally and build prototypes using the facilities in Sweden, support and cooperate with Head Quarters in Power Amplifier product development.
The position will also include help to track trend directions of High Power Amplifiers in the industry and academy.
Qualifications and experience
To be successful in this role the candidate should have more than 10 years hands on experience on base station RF PA circuit, design, implantation and testing.
Also required is a good understanding from theoretical to practical implementation of different efficiency enhancement techniques like ET/Load Modulation/Doherty.
The candidate needs to have updated knowledge of new power transistor technologies and hands on experience evaluating new devices. Skilled working with simulation tools like AWR Design environment and matlab.
A Bachelor Degree, Masters in Electrical Engineering or equivalent background is required.

The candidate should have a high focus on delivering high quality work. The candidate should have a strong feeling and interest for development and to share experiences with others in the team and have a proven capability to pursue creative solutions. Prior experience from international and multicultural work is preferred. As we are a global company the candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
Good social and networking skills to support teamwork in project groups as well as ability to work independently and show initiative. We are looking for someone who is positive and motivated to fit in to our dedicated team.
Good communication, documentation and presentation skills.
