hela Sverige We are now recruiting an Senior Researcher in-vivo imaging biomarkers to one of our customers within Pharmaceutical industry. The assignment is for one year with starting date as soon as possible.
The In Vivo Biomarker group (part of the Personalised Healthcare and Biomarkers research function), located in Alderley Park (Cheshire, UK) and Molndal (Gothenburg, Sweden), employs a team of scientists using a range of state of the art in-vivo imaging scanners (PET, MRI, CT, SPECT, Ultrasound) focusing on the development and application of innovative imaging biomarkers.
You will be work closely with colleagues in the group as well as in bioscience and clinical departments, to prioritise, manage and deliver imaging informatics solutions for projects in areas such as oncology, respiratory disease and drug safety assessment. You should have good communication and interpersonal skills in order to contribute fully to translational imaging projects, to develop new partnerships and to champion delivery.
You should have a PhD in a relevant discipline, or proven experience of multi-dimensional image analysis, with a record of publications on the subject of image analysis in preclinical and clinical research. You must have good programming skills using established numerical analysis software packages. Good knowledge of image segmentation and registration techniques and be familiar with common in-vivo imaging methods.
