We're hiring a Senior React Native Developer to accelerate our mobile app as we expand across new product verticals and Nordic markets. You'll join a high-priority, cross-functional team shaping how customers discover, qualify, and manage consumer finance with Sambla on mobile.
If you're forward-leaning and love product development, you'll thrive balancing rapid iteration with technical excellence. Making pragmatic trade-offs, laying strong foundations, and shipping outcomes through experiments, analytics, and continuous delivery.
What you will do:
• End-to-end development of our React Native app across multiple verticals and markets.
• Architect modular, scalable code (TypeScript, state management, navigation) and evolve our design system.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and our other product teams to scope, slice, and ship features quickly and safely.
• Raise the quality bar via testing, observability, performance profiling, and security-by-default.
• Own CI/CD, release cadence, and rollouts; drive A/B tests and data-driven iterations.
• Mentor peers, champion best practices, and improve developer experience.
What we are looking for:
• 5+ years building mobile apps, 3+ years with React Native and TypeScript; shipped apps at scale.
• Strong RN ecosystem knowledge (navigation, state, animations), native bridges/modules (iOS/Android), and performance.
• Product mindset: discovery, slicing MVPs, experimentation, and measuring impact.
• Solid API experience, testing, analytics, feature flags, and release management.
• Pragmatic engineer who balances speed and quality; invests in maintainability and reliability.
• Nice to have: fintech, regulated environments, accessibility, localization, and multi-market rollouts.
