Job Description
The consultant will work with the functional area leads at Snow Software to review current processes and system, obtain an understanding of the relevant back-office solutions and processes which contribute to Sales, Finance and Accounting data.
This role will be on a fixed term contract for a period of 13 months from first day in office.
Key Responsibilities
Manage projects to deliver/implement required technology and process changes
Coordinate end-user training and adoption of new functionality
Responsible for the documentation of processes for current/future state
Analyze current state processes across finance function and identify deficiencies.
Manage process to resolve identified deficiencies
Document and communicate end-user requirements/business cases to software providers
Qualifications
Understanding of/Experience with enterprise software and financial system implementations
Knowledge of finance functions and finance organizations
Business analysis experience
Comfortable with leading meetings designed to gather end-user business/system requirements
Experience with documentation and process definition
Effective written and oral communications to C-level audience
