We're seeking a senior project manager with a strong background in growing businesses and managing projects. You'll be responsible for expanding into new markets and growing partnerships. The work will require both an analytical mindset and excellent social skills, as it covers both major decisions about market and partnership entry, and close negotiations with key stakeholders such as management teams, hospital directors, and government officials. As our project manager you'll play a pivotal role in setting the direction for Cellcolabs future growth!
Cellcolabs is a flat organization, and you will work closely with all members of the management team and colleagues of various backgrounds. You'll be based at our head office in Campus Solna of Karolinska Institutet and report to our Head of Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategies for current and future market segments and geographies.
Execute upon these strategies to develop new market opportunities.
Develop the partnerships with our major partners such as clinics, wellness resorts, hospitals and governments.
Perform market and commercial due diligence for expansion and M&A purposes.
Ensure Cellcolabs' product offerings and ongoing development are in line with current and emerging market demands.
Lead and manage cross-functional projects by coordinating with R&D, production, and quality control teams.
Work closely with the Marketing team.
The role includes optional travels to events and our international partners.
You're a great fit for this role, if you:
Hold a degree with in business or equivalent, with interest in healthcare/biotech and outstanding academic records.
Have 2+ years of project management or consulting experience, with proven ability to grow businesses.
Possess solid project management skills, adaptability, resilience, and a problem-solving mindset.
Enjoy working on both practical tasks and strategic decisions, aligning with our fast-paced nature as a start-up.
Have excellent communications skills, both written and oral in English, meritorious in Swedish as well.

About Cellcolabs
Cellcolabs is contributing to better global health through efficient large-scale production of mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) which are used in advanced cell therapies. The company builds on cutting edge research from Karolinska Institutet and is located at Campus Solna.
Today, global production of MSC is almost only done for research purposes or in University Hospital laboratories. Cellcolabs specializes in industrial production of selected cells to make high quality and GMP produced cell therapies at scale - ultimately dramatically lowering the price of research as well as the treatments of the future. By producing at scale, we will speed up both the clinical development and use of advanced cell treatments.
