We are looking for a Senior Product Owner with focus on our digital applications for professional healthcare customers (B2B) for TENA. The scope includes public brand sites as well as extranet with various tools and services for healthcare professionals.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering well-functioning, customer oriented, digital applications in line with the strategic objectives.
This position is part of the Global Digital Team within Business Unit Health & Medical Solutions and reports to the Global Brand Digital Manager in Gothenburg, Sweden. You will be working in close collaboration with other global functions (e.g. Brand, Innovation and Sustainability and Essity IT) as well as with regions and markets within the Business Unit.

Main Tasks
Act as the voice of the customer and make sure we add value throughout the development
Define and maintain product vision and roadmap
Work closely with stakeholders, and act as interface for high-level requirements
Manage the product backlog and make sure it reflects our needs, and that backlog items are well documented and understood by development team
Sprint planning together with product team
Participate in sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives
Coordination of release planning and execution together with Essity IT
Follow-up of SLAs
Drive improvement projects as business project manager and/or requirements manager
Provide expert digital knowledge and expertise to stakeholders
Participate in our Agile Center of Excellence, to continuously develop agile way of working within Essity
Ensure our Digital Operating Model is implemented and followed in practice
Key Competencies
Experience and qualifications
University Degree in Marketing and/or Information technology
Minimum 5 years' experience from Digital functions (preferably in a B2B context)
Experience in breaking down business requests to requirements on digital solutions
Experience from agile development frameworks
Experience from global organizations and stakeholder management
Fluent in English

Additional Information
Ability to travel, about once per month. Mainly Europe, but overseas travels may also be needed.
