Publiceringsdatum2025-03-21Om tjänstenWe are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to join Nobel Biocare - a key role where you will have the opportunity to take process development to the next level. In this strategically important position, you will play a central role in ensuring and further developing the quality of our project deliveries, existing production, and overall results.
As part of our team, you will lead and drive initiatives within process development, either as a project leader or an active participant in technical improvement projects. This role is crucial in meeting current and future demands on our processes and products, and you will collaborate closely with our sister sites in Zurich and Los Angeles to strengthen our global production network.

Your main responsibilities will include:
• Acting as a process leader and responsible for specific process areas at our Karlskoga site, including handling deviations, CAPA processes, and lifecycle management.
• Optimizing new and existing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Conducting risk analyses (pFMEA) for changes or the introduction of new products and processes.
• Planning and executing process validations and equipment qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ/PV).
• Performing data analysis and process flow optimization to ensure robust and efficient manufacturing processes.
ProfilWe are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Process Engineer with a solid background in process development and process technology within a GMP-regulated industry. You hold an engineering degree and have several years of experience working in a highly regulated industry with strict requirements for quality, traceability, and control.
In this senior role, you will take on significant responsibility within the team, requiring confidence and the ability to work independently. At the same time, we highly value a collaborative and humble approach - someone who enjoys teamwork, shares knowledge, and recognizes the importance of learning from others.
You have previous experience working in a GMP-regulated environment and have worked with process development, investment in machinery, and CAPEX projects. If you also have experience with cleanrooms and medical devices, it is highly advantageous.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
• Have strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly identify critical process elements.
• Are meticulous, quality-conscious, and structured in your approach.
• Are communicative and pedagogical, with the ability to collaborate across various competencies.
• Feel comfortable speaking in front of groups and leading technical discussions on both a national and international level.
• Have proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous.
