About the Assignment
As a Process Developer, you will support the development and continuous improvement of Product & Service and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) processes within an industrial product development environment. The role combines hands-on process work with structured documentation in the company's Management System, and includes supporting the introduction and refinement of PLM tooling.
Job DescriptionLead and execute process development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collect, structure, and integrate input from projects, lessons learned, and internal stakeholders.
Describe, document, publish, and maintain process descriptions in the Management System.
Support implementation and ongoing improvement of PLM tools, including a newly introduced Teamcenter setup.
Coordinate process-related activities and contribute with administration and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants, including work in tools such as PowerPoint and Visio.
Requirements5-10 years of experience in process development and business/operations development within industrial product development environments.
Proven ability to describe and document complex processes in a management system.
Understanding of PLM and PLM systems.
Experience from product development, product lifecycle management, or closely related areas.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio.
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from start to finish.
Nice to haveExperience working with Teamcenter.
