As a Senior People Development Manager you will contribute with your whole person to the business challenges our organization stand before. You operate as a business partner in a number of regional Management Teams, and have the task to set a strategic plan for our people development going forward. The big shift serves great opportunities to leverage on our aspiration towards being the most admired employer in our industry. You need to have a true passion for the full value chain to be able to recognize those opportunities and grasp them to help us stay relevant. You radiate passion, dynamic balance and diversity. It is a social job with a true intellectual challenge.

Know, learn and keep up-to-date on the HR stuff, but speak "business", not "HR".
