We are seeking a Paid Media Manager to support360 media campaigns across the Nordic locales (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland). The position will be responsible for translating marketing strategies into effective and efficient media campaigns across all advertising placements (TVC, OOH, Print and Digital etc.) and will support all aspects of paid media including planning, buying, and measurement. They will support in managing local media agencies and have an in depth understanding of media consumption behaviours and nuances across all Nordic locales. A self-starter who is able to prioritize and deliver on multiple deadlines with minimal supervision, this person will have the ability to persuade and influence others, with a track record of driving results.
Responsibilities:
• Support approach to ATL media planning in the Nordics.
• Work with internal and external teams to develop best practice across all elements of ATL media planning, from audience definition through to measurement.
• Tracking ATL media budget set by executive leadership to support campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
• Build solid working relationships with external agencies and partners.
• Own reporting of local media plans, measurement and optimisation to executive leadership on a regular basis.
• Introduce and drive adoption of new media platforms, technologies and media solutions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience planning and supporting procurement of media across the Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland) in-house or at an advertising agency
• Experience leading the execution of large-scale multi-channel 360 media campaigns
• Ability to track annual paid budgets to support campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
• Deep knowledge of media measurement tools and experience partnering with research teams to drive and optimize upper-funnel and downstream performance.
• Build and manage strong working relationships with external agencies and partners.
• Exceptional project manager with the ability to engage productively and successfully with key stakeholders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Solid knowledge of the TV/entertainment landscape and streaming platforms
• Previous entertainment experience (streaming, linear, theatrical, gaming)
• Ability to operate autonomously amidst ambiguity.
