We are looking for a passionate, driven and results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager, motivated by challenges and constant improvements. The position is based in Sweden, Västra Götaland, and it is a full time and permanent contract starting in September /October 2016.
Your mission
You report directly to the CEO.
• You oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies.
• You build the commercial plan and the operations architecture to improve results combining loyalty and prospectingâ's efforts.
• You track market trends and produce results proofed and innovative campaigns across multiple digital and traditional channels.
• You ensure brand cohesiveness and recognition as well as enhance the shopping experience (NPS).
• You define and guarantee achievement of targets.
• You develop and control the budget always optimizing commercial costs.
Your profile
You have a proven track record of 5 years in senior marketing positions. You are an expert in multi-channel strategies: direct media, emailing, radio, etc. You know how to control trades ratios. You can manage large commercial investment budgets. You are a leader and have managed teams in previous positions. You are customer-oriented. It is given that you are creative, entrepreneurial mind-set, and have a genuine interest in the fashion business. Your Swedish and English are fluent and other languages are desired but not essential for the role, French in particular.
