The Section Presales IT within Scania IT is responsible for service development and IT-deliveries to Sales & Marketing's business areas. We work with the entire system development process, from concept development to implementation and production. One of our senior managers is taking up new challenges in the organization. Are you interested in an interesting and challenging next leadership role, then this could be the right challenge for you. As Senior Manager Presales IT, you will have four direct reporting group managers, the whole section consist of 50 people.
Your duties will include;
Continue driving the change towards agile ways of working, together with the business areas
Working with visions and strategies, down to daily deliveries
Leading Presales IT to develop innovative and cost efficient solutions and services which maximize business value
Transforming the current applications to cloud computing, open source technologies etc
Establishing agile global teams where appropriate
Setting up an Agile Portfolio Management for Presales IT incl Capacity planning
Being an active member in the Sales IT management team
Your profile;
Our successful candidate will be an experienced leader with the courage to drive change. You have a passion and understanding for agile culture and ways of working and are an engaged and open-minded team player with excellent communication skills. Your leadership abilities enables you to build networks thus facilitating the change journey and getting people on board. You are service-minded and proactive in finding new ways of doing things and you have strong stakeholder management skills and understand the business that we are supporting. You probably have an IT education and/or equivalent experience which has given you the ability to talk in terms of IT matters and understand the reality of the users. In addition to Swedish, you need to be proficient in written and spoken English.
