Volvo Car Group Facility Management's (FM) mission is to proactively enable a global disturbance free operation and deliver an attractive workplace throughout the company. FM has the overall responsibility for the delivery of Facility Management services within Volvo Car Group. FM incorporate management of user related services such as cleaning, catering and guarding and property related services such as real estate engineering and operations. FM is also responsible for a number of Corporate functions and standards such as Corporate Security, Corporate Resources Waste Management, Interior Guidelines and Technical Building Requirements. The team consists of around 80 employees and a large number of bought services. We currently operate in Sweden and Belgium.
As the Senior Manager Global Corporate Security you will report to the Chief Security Officer. You will act as subject matter expert globally for the development, implementation and management of the organisation's Corporate Security Vision, Strategy and Programs. You are responsible for directing staff in identifying, developing, implementing and maintaining security processes across the organisation to reduce risks, respond to incidents, and limit exposure to liability in all areas of physical and personal risk. You will lead the Security organisation and network to develop, operate and implement common strategies, policies, solutions, methods and processes to support Volvo Car Group's overall targets and strategy direction within the area Global Corporate Security. You have the responsibility over three employees and cooperate with similar functions in the different sites and plants on a global level.

Required qualifications
• Broad experience within Global Security Management
• Experience from similar role within a larger organisation
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Driving Licence, B-level

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High ability to take initiative and cooperate cross functional
• Ability to develop and maintain network
• Analytical with good judgement
• Courage and persuasive
• Holistic view and conceptual thinking
