Senior Manager Business Developement
As Senior Manager Business Developer you will be developing and implementing growth opportunities within the organization.The role for this department is very broad and includes working with strategies, operations and in cross functional teams. A creative mindset in combination with a positive spirit and strong team player skills are key characteristics.
Responsibilites and tasks
• Operational support for Marketing Sales Service & PR-Group (MSS & PR Group) HR, Financing and purchasing.
• Support VP for Marketing & Sales, Service & PR.
• Set up operational processes and procedures for MSS or incorporated with CEVT, for example; Legal, IT and PR issues
• To create a good relation and understanding between the different business culture in GEELY and MSS Group in Sweden and a strategy to work with all stakeholders
Requirements
• You have a university business degree minimum 8 years of business experience within sales and marketing
• Good understanding of Chinese Organizational culture
• Proven business development experience who is used to working to targets
• A strong drive, creative approach and natural goal orientation
• Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business
• Team player
• You must be fluent in English and Chinese, both in speech and writing
• Ability to travel
• Enjoy working in a fast paced changing environment
