Job Description
We are expanding rapidly our team within Bioindustry Operations looking for a sales driven and experienced senior management consultant within Bioindustry operations. In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to provide your contribution towards a sustainable future by passionately driving the necessary change processes in the broad process industry environment.
Do you have passion to change the industry and want to join our team to drive operations and operational management solutions across regional and global process industry players? Have you been working with the process industry over a longer period of time and have experience in operational and digitisation transformations? Are you also familiar with the methods and approaches applied to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of process industry? If you answered yes to all these questions then you may be the person we are looking for to accelerate development of our, business and services across our global AFRY Bioindustry Operations organization.
Qualifications
We are seeking an experienced expert to drive industry and our concepts, methodologies and services to the next level while also developing our global capabilities to deliver these services to our clients and lead the project with our team. The person we are looking for has the vision to transform industries and capability to convey that to the customers. Experience from process industry in pulp and paper, chemicals or metals and mining segment are preferred, but areas like digitalisation are of growing interest.
To be successful in this positions we think you have:
MSc or equivalent, MBA, PhD in a technical, computer science or economic field. Further qualifications are advantageous
Several years of experience in working with process industry sector or working experience in the leading management consulting companies or inhouse consulting
Track record of new business development including development of business concept, sales approach and value proposition
Strong project management experience from large and complex projects
Work experience in global context with multicultural teams
Strong willingness to drive the growth of our team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional knowledge in Swedish and English is a must. Other language skills advantageous
