Job description
As a Senior Director you’ll be working with coaching the local Managed Services Director in Managed Services best practice and transfer your knowledge to the local Delivery team.
You’ll have the following responsibilities: 
• As a senior Director, you should be the professional expert, who will act as a consultant expert representing Huawei Managed Service Solutions and the focal point for the relationship management with the senior executives of the potential clients
• Conduct client engagement activities at executive level, including customer business drivers and needs assessments, requirements analysis and conduct sales opportunity qualification
• Manage and implement pre-sales consultation project include Managed Service consultation, services offering planning, managed Service architecture design, process design, etc
• Follow service deployment plan and support continuous improvement of delivery effort, generate after-sales reports and maintain client communication
• Conduct both client based/internal education courses and seminars 
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• Professional presentation skills, excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills; knowledge of methodologies to create an opportunity discovery plan
• Highly articulated and excellent interpersonal skills at executive level and strong client relationship management capability
• Mature and positive attitudes; strong sense of quality; able to work well in a fast-paced, multi-culture dynamic environment
• Ability to negotiate difficult internal matters and coordinate internal resources efficiently
• Fluent in English as to engage in complex business and technical discussions fluently; excellent written English skill
• More than 10 years experience in Telecommunication companies, and / or Management Consulting experience in a recognized consulting firm with combined Telecom and IT practices. CIO / IT manager or above level experience in telecommunication companies is preferred
It’s an advantage if you have proven experience in consulting Managed Service project and expertise in one or more of the following areas: NOC, Network Performance Management, eTom / ITIL, VAS/SDP/IN/IDC/IPCC/BSS/OSS/IT Outsourcing/CRM/Call Center, IT infrastructure management, Application management, Business process outsourcing(BPO), resource transfer management (people and asset).
For this position it’s important for you to have mature and positive attitudes; strong sense of quality; able to work well in a fast-paced, multi-culture dynamic environment.
