Your responsibilities
You operate the pilot machine both from the control room and on the machine, ensuring smooth and safe production runs.
You participate in machine configuration changes, rebuilds, and clothing replacements to meet testing needs.
You troubleshoot issues on the pilot line and collaborate with colleagues to secure highquality test runs.
You support both internal development projects and customer trials that explore new tissue technologies.
You contribute to maintaining a well functioning, flexible, and reliable pilot environment.
Expectations for you
You have solid experience in tissue production and operating tissue making machinery.
You communicate confidently in both Swedish and English.
You bring a flexible, curious, and proactive mindset to your daily work.
You thrive in handson environments where collaboration and problemsolving are essential.
Experience from test or pilot operations is a strong advantage.

You enjoy combining technical skills with teamwork, and you are comfortable adapting to changing setups, test conditions, and customer needs. Your curiosity, reliability, and willingness to learn will help you thrive in a setting where innovation and operational excellence go hand in hand.
We offer
You will join a highly skilled Pilot Operations team working with cutting edge tissue making technology. Together, we support both internal R&D and global customer trials, creating a unique environment where innovation becomes reality.
