About this opportunity
Welcome to the Fraud Management Requirement and Analyst team. We add value by understanding our stakeholders' needs and help them build innovative and fit for purpose solutions within the Fraud area through requirements engineering and system analysis & design. As a senior IT analyst you'll play a valuable role in the core development activities for all our fraud detection solutions.
What you'll be doing:
* Perform IT analysis, investigative data analysis, system design, and data modelling to support development teams
* Elicit functional and non-functional requirements supported by established frameworks and tools
* Contribute to roadmaps and plans to ensure a modern, compliant, and performant system
* Take lead and drive requirement and analysis work that involves multiple stakeholders, ultimately to design sustainable and value adding solutions
* Build a contextual understanding of business processes on one hand and functional/technical know-how of our solutions on the other

It is key that you are interested to build both technical and functional understanding within the fraud domain to gain a solid understanding of the business domain as well as data and systems.

* Are very good in interpersonal communications and must have good command over English language
* Have passion for data analysis, problem solving, and requirements elicitation
* Have strong business and technical background
* Are familiar with agile ways of working and willing to work in cross-border, cross-cultural, virtual teams
* Are proactive, structured, detail-oriented, and quality driven
* Are able and passionate to develop in your role, as assignments can vary over time

Your experience and background:
* A degree in Computer Science or similar/related field
* Experience in Data/IT analysis in both on-prem and cloud based solutions
* Experience with collecting, validating and structuring business functional and non-functional requirements and stakeholder management
* Experience with process modelling and visualization techniques
* Understanding of data and information modelling and experience with common data management aspects (schema evolution, lineage, data mapping, data transformations)
* Knowledge of credit domain, cards domain, payment systems would be advantage
