hela Sverige Financial Regulations IT Solutions is looking for a Senior IT Analysis Coordinator with expertise in data warehouse centric architectures to support MFI3 and local statutory reporting solutions in Sweden.
The position we offer
The IT Solutions Regulations & SAP unit within IT Group Functions is a unit for provisioning IT solutions to support new regulatory demands as well as following SAP solutions for GL and Legal reporting. We are now looking for a Senior IT Analysis Coordinator with proven experience in business and functional analysis in Finance, Risk & Compliance areas within the DW technological aspects.
Specialisation is needed in Requirements Management and user support and analysis; however other areas of system process design are relevant competencies. The solution domain you will be working refer to Financial regulations which includes MFI3 and other local regulatory reports.
You will be part of a strong team, working cross border and through an integrated reporting and data value chain. The environment is highly professional, with high degree of personal responsibilities. This role is responsible for supporting the existing local solutions for local statutory reporting as well as working with integrating these solutions through a new infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Support business areas in analysing reported incidents and defects as well as acting as the interface in the IT organisation during the report production process Participation in production status meeting and ensuring that the users are kept informed of incidents and other issues Coordinate the describing and documenting of both functional and non-functional requirements, with sufficient quality and coverage, to ensure stable and robust IT deliveries Manage requirements in change initiatives focusing on securing robust solutions Manage requirements and design within application lifecycle management Be involved in the testing process on verifying that requirements are implemented accordingly Communicate and educate users in relevant technology expertise Act as the interface managing the solution and interact with internal stakeholders as well as external vendors Analyse the business needs to identify opportunities for improved efficiency Know the current System Development Process to act accordingly throughout all phases of the development in order to secure efficient and effective IT solutions Provide project members, steering group, vendors and other stakeholders with a clear understanding of both functional and non-functional requirements to ensure stable and robust solutions in production Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions (new and/or existing) in order to improve the efficiency of IT developmentThe qualifications you need

Key competencies for this job are the following:
A relevant academic degree, in Finance, Computer Science or IT Management Experience working in IT service management Knowledge of SAS on mainframe systems as well as experience in DW-centric architectures (preferably Teradata DW) Good knowledge of SQL and/or SAS Enterprise Guide Experience in working in a multi-provider and multi-cultural IT sourcing environment is an asset Prior banking or financial services experience, especially in the reporting processes Understanding of Swedish financial markets and regulations will be an asset Knowledge of finance and regulatory reporting process and/or systems to support such processes Fluent in English , both oral and written
