Imagine yourself being one of the key stakeholders in establishing Group Trucks Purchasing (GTP) Hydrogen Solutions' innovation agenda.
As Senior Innovation and Early Phase Manager you will be part of the Hydrogen solutions Ecosystem and be a strong contributor in leading early phase projects and exploration. Your primary focus will be on being the purchasing interface responsible for delivering the Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle (FCEV) projects from Quality, Delivery, Cost, Features, Technology, Sustainability and Risk Management (QDCF-TSR) standpoint. The FCEV project is one important milestone to support Volvo Group Vision of CO2 neutral transportation. You will as well drive pre-studies in the Hydrogen solutions domain and explore different types of business models and partnerships.

The GTP Electromobility Purchasing function has the responsibility for Electromobility as well as Hydrogen Solutions & New Technologies (where this role is hosted). We are a newly created team that strongly collaborates with our internal colleagues and external partners globally, every day. Our team's mission is to drive projects and exploration within the hydrogen ecosystem collaborating with a high diversity of companies to make Volvo Group the most desired Innovation Business Partner.

We are looking for a team player that can build relationships over time and enjoy bringing fun and positive energy in a dynamic working environment. In this context, it is important that you can act as a connector and leader towards the rest of the GTP organization and GTX stakeholders. With this said the most important for us is that:
* You have proven track records in Project Management and Purchasing within the automotive industry with strategic projects.
* You have an open mindset and strong interest in working with new technologies.
* You are not afraid of thinking outside the box in a challenging working environment.
* You have excellent communication skills, and you are comfortable in cross functional and multicultural set-up.
* You are fluent in English both spoken and written.
You have an adequate academic education.
