Position description
Are you looking for new challenges and want to work with one of our automotive customers in Gothenburg as Hardware responsible for AM, FM, TMC, VICS, DAB, TV, GSM, WLAN, GPS and Sirius/XM etc? The team is responsible for the components, performance, task leading, HW and SW development.
Responsibility:
• Develop and test the new prototypes.
• Assist in developing test methods for the above systems.
• Responsible for HW.
• Packaging / contact with mechanical installation engineer.
• Design Reviews and FMEA
• Timetable HW supply.
• Contact with the supplier regarding all aspects of HW.
• Support quality department if problem appears.
• The work will include some travel to mainly Germany (15-20 days a year).
Skills & Requirements
• M.Sc, B.Sc or equivalent experience, preferably with specialization in Electronics Design.
• Ability to deal with a lot of information and quickly acquire new knowledge.
• Experience from HW development.
• Experience from antenna simulations.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience within the field.
• Fluent in English and Swedish language.
• Swedish driver licence B.
Personality
• Good communication skills and computer skills.
• Take initiatives for own areas of responsibilities.
• Analytical skills and problem solving oriented.
