Do you wish to make a difference for cancer patients all around the world? RaySearch is a high-tech radiation therapy company that develops advanced cancer treatment software.
Senior fullstack developer in C# and WPF
RaySearch has several cancer care software products, mainly focused on radiation therapy. We are looking for a talented developer to build C# and WPF components for our newest research functionality. You will work in the research department helping our experts in physics, image analysis and optimization by incorporating their algorithms and work into our products. You will be one of two C# and WPF experts working as a link between the research department and the development department, ensuring the quality of the frontend and application work as well as enforcing the patterns and processes used in the development department.
The main work will be done in our treatment planning system, RayStation, sometimes together with just one algorithm developer, more often within a small team. The research department also does not stand alone but collaborates closely with our RayStation development scrum teams, with UX, DevOps and MachineLearning, and with cancer clinics and machine vendors worldwide.
Your profile
You feel motivated by increasing cancer patients' chances of survival and recovery. You take responsibility, communicate with ease, and strive to always write well designed code that holds to build features on, both today and in years from now. You enjoy working in a technologically advanced environment with other competent developers.
• M.Sc. or Ph.D
• 5+ years of experience with C#.Net
• Experience working on large or advanced systems
• Experience working with other seniors in a learning environment
• English: Full Professional proficiency
It's an advantage, but not required, if you also have experience of MedTech, WPF, or speak Swedish.

In order to continue with our important mission - to improve cancer care across the world - it's important to us that our employees have a positive working environment. Our headquarters are at Torsplan, Hagastaden, in Stockholm's Life Science Hub. In our newly constructed office both workplaces and social spaces are tastefully decorated. Every day our bistro serves something to eat in the morning and in the afternoon. Our own kitchen staff also prepares an amazing lunch spread with new themes every day.
We have our own gym where you can work out before work, on your way home or at lunch with your colleagues. We have yoga and work out sessions on a regular basis.
