hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2024-09-11ArbetsuppgifterWe are looking for an experienced business support/executive assistant to join our clients Tech Hub at MOOD in Stockholm to cover a maternity leave for approximately 9 months.
You will work in an exciting and high-paced environment with business and digital professionals with two main tasks.
First, work as the assistant for 2-3 senior leaders supporting with planning and arranging meetings, organizing events and helping with team activities and communication.
Second, you will be responsible for a number of duties related to keeping our site well organized such as arranging external and internal events, setting up social gatherings and helping keep the office in good order.
We are looking for someone with significant experience in assisting senior leaders in high-paced environments, helping teams stay organized, with great interpersonal skills coupled with structured thinking and proactivity.
