In Linköping, we're developing our camera systems. As a site, our responsibilities range from electronics and optics to software, algorithms and vehicle testing. All vision development teams are working cross-functionally based on agile principles

What you'll do?
You will work with our vision electronic products used in cutting-edge driver assistance systems and autonomous driving cars. As a Senior Electronics Engineer you will be responsible for project specifications, requirement management, architecture, electronic design, implementation (schematics and layout), FMEA, functional safety, EMC, test, verification, documentation, trouble shouting, production preparation and support. Work tasks will shift slowly over time depending on project phase. A key building block of our electronics designs are cost efficiency in relation to functional safety. It is a merit if you have experience from requirement management, quality, functional safety (ISO26262), signal integrity, EMC and heat management.
You will work in a team of about 30 electronic colleagues in close cooperation with system, software, mechanic and optics engineers, project managers and production engineers. Our Linköping on-site labs contains state of the art equipment for electronics and optics R&D/verification as well as environmental testing and EMC.
What you'll bring:
In order to succeed in the role, we prefer that you have
• Master of Science or bachelor's degree or equivalent within electronics engineering. Suitable educations are Elektroteknik, Electronic Design, Computer Science, applied physics or similar.
• Experience in electronic design work, schematics, layout, test and verification.
• Experience in electronic embedded design, electronic architecture and requirement management.
• It is a merit if you have experience and skills from production, production test, embedded systems, programming, optical systems, electronic quality, FMEA, functional safety (ISO26262) and safety critical automotive systems.
The position requires you to be able to work independent on advanced designs and problems but with the support of a very experienced team. As a person you have an analytic mind and can push yourself and your team to progress. You are responsive and communicative in order to maintain good relationships with people around you.
