Role Summary
Our team is composed of talented senior professionals who are passionate about their work and committed to excellence. The team plays a central part in developing the future drivability and motion control concepts for trucks and busses for both conventional and electric powertrains.
Now we are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Developer to join our team.
Within the motion control domain, your task will, together with the team, be to drive, design and develop features and solution in the concept phase. Solutions and features that are to meet our customers' needs and demands in the next decade. Once a concept is proven to work and there is a business case it will, in joint with other development teams, be moved into the industrialization process for further development and preparation for the mass market.
Job Responsibilities
Explore new concepts in vehicle motion control to achieve world-class drivability.
Develop functionality to prove concepts in use.
Collaborate with team members and surrounding development teams to ensure project success.
Present solutions in technical meetings and steering comities to increase understanding and gain traction within the organization.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Embrace agile methods to quickly turn ideas into reality.
Who You Are
You have a master's degree and an engineering background with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in software development and proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or C#.
Skilled in Matlab and Simulink.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
You have a driver's license for commercial vehicles C(E)/D(E).
You are fluent in English, and knowledge of Swedish or German is meriting.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Previous experience from the automotive industry is mandatory either within HW design or SW development.
