Are you up for a challenge?
We have an open position in the FMCG sector for one of our customers.
It is a temporary assignment for a period of 4-6 month.
You will be the central connection point for all service related matters towards the organization and you will be the key responsible for the service results and work to identify and mitigate risks both short and mid-term. This means that you assist in all demand planning duties including estimating future product demand, analyzing inventory flow, and developing forecast models
for example:
• Execute demand planning by product and location - weekly/monthly per SKU
• Ensure stock availability in accordance with the KPIs set for tied up capital in stock and service levels
• Keep the organization updated with regards to stock situation and supply constraints
• Provide suppliers with forecast plans in sales and estimated purchases.
• Review KPI's such as forecast accuracy, inventory on hand, slow moving and obsolete stock and do route cause analysis on deviations
• Execute an AOP planning on aggregated level as part of the S&OP process.
• Drive / participate in development projects related to the planning process
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of all components of the demand forecast like:
• Statistical baseline.
• Own and improve market forecast accuracy, forecast bias and forecast completeness KPI's.
• Working effectively with peers and managers in the commercial and supply organization.
