Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook high-quality Asian dishes
* Maintain consistency and presentation standards
* Supervise kitchen operations during shifts
* Ensure food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
* Assist with menu development and kitchen organization
* Support and train junior kitchen staff
Requirements
* Strong experience in Asian cuisine
* Proven skills in preparing:
* Sushi
* Rice and noodle dishes
* Asian bowls
* Bao
* Experience working in fast-paced kitchens
* Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
