Are you customer oriented, structured and with application development experience? In this position you serve as first level support for users in Northern Europe with regards to IT application issues for company's Application Systems. You will work in close connection with Northern Europe Business Management to provide professional and value added IT support, analyze development needs, set up Business Cases, develop Work packages or Change Requests for development by other IT units and help coordinating and planning user training.
You will be a team member of a global IT organization, operating in Europe as part of a true dynamic and multinational environment, with well-established technical and operational standards.
Some examples of the tasks you will be responsible for:
• Support the local ERP systems (IMI Order, IMI Warehouse and Microsoft Axapta)
• Develop reports and data extractions from/to ERP databases
• Support, monitor and troubleshoot EDI data flows
• Help developing IT solutions to integrate local systems with other Business units and Corporate IT systems
• Help supporting and troubleshooting computers, network, mail clients and Microsoft Office.
We expect you are a strong and open-minded team player with good communication skills, good business knowledge and have ability to analyze and understand business problems and how these can be supported by IT. You probably have at least five years working experience in IT business related fields after graduating either from Business Information Management or Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
You also have functional knowledge in IMI Order and IMI Warehouse, have good technical and analytical skills, are structured and have basic knowledge in financial principles. Fluent English, both in speech & writing, is a must. Additional knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Axapta/ Dynamics AX, as well as Project Management experience, is preferred.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and a larger role within the Global IT organization over time.
