BACKGROUND
The Business controller is vital in providing our client's IT Delivery organization and other stakeholders correct information about financial status and performance. The work is performed in an inspiring and supportive way in line with our clients? objectives and values.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
• Secure that correct financial and performance information is available when needed.
• Prepare and provide standard and ad hoc financial and performance reporting in both functional and service dimension to stakeholders.
• Collect, analyse and discuss financial figures and performance with financial controllers, business navigators and the line organization.
• Be an ambassador for standard business solutions and common tools.
• Secure that analytical tools are available for producing reports incl consolidation and analysis.
• Support IT Delivery forecast, budget- and goal setting process within the assigned area.
• Provide support and training in controlling and financial matters to relevant stakeholders in IT Delivery organization.
• Secure and work in compliance to our customer's client's financial guidelines and IT Delivery Business navigation guidelines.
• Establish efficient routines within controlling.
• Participate in ad hoc activities as well as initiate and lead improvements of working methods and processes.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• You need to be Senior and have experience of working as a Project Leader or Project Controller. Our client's customer has big ongoing projects within IT Delivery, and they want a person who is used to work with Project Managers, understands different project methodologies, can discuss project follow up in detail combined with strong knowledge within controlling.
• Bachelor degree in accounting/controlling or corresponding knowledge.
• Project Manager experience and/or Project Controller
• High knowledge of controlling methodology.
• Understand the profit and loss structure.
• Overall knowledge in the information technology (IT).
• Passion to create and apply structures to deliver reliable results in an efficient way.
• Ability to handle large amount of financial data, do analysis on a detailed level and structure data in an efficient way.
• Ability to work according to processes, guidelines and structures and manage stakeholders to deliver in time with quality.
• Ability to organize, structure and prioritise numerous tasks as necessary.
• Communicate in a clear, inspiring and simple way to support cost control in all functions.
• Being self-driven, curious and analytical.
• 3 years? experience in controlling/accounting area
• Bachelor degree in controlling/accounting
• Experience in controlling and accounting applications.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office package
• Excellent Excel skills
• Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English and Swedish
• Experience of controlling of IT operation
LOCATION:
Helsingborg/Älmhult, Sweden
DURATION:
Oct 2014 ? Feb 2015 (option to extend)
