As a Finance Business Controller, you will play a critical role in coordinating financial operations, managing budgets, and driving insightful analyses to support leadership decision-making. Your responsibilities will include overseeing key financial processes such as month-end and year-end exercises, product costing, stock management, and fixed asset oversight.
You will manage CAPEX budgets, align with regional and global stakeholders, and ensure compliance with IFRS standards. In addition, you will support internal and external audits, build financial capabilities within the organization, and lead projects aimed at improving financial efficiency.
Collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders will be central to your role. You 'll work closely with Supply Network Operations, regional finance teams, and shared service centers, ensuring streamlined communication and alignment on financial objectives. This position is ideal for a proactive, analytical professional eager to contribute to a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
The role as Finance Business Controller is a consultant assignment for 6 months with possibilities for extension. Starting date is as soon as possible. The office is in Malmö.
About You
You hold a university degree in finance and a solid background in a similar role with 4+ years of experience. You have a solid experience in FMCG or a similarly fast-paced environment, are proficient in financial tools and systems, and have a strong ability to present complex data in a clear and impactful way. Your fluency in both spoken and written English will be essential in effectively communicating across teams and presenting to leadership.
You are a results-driven and proactive individual with a strong sense of accountability. As a quick learner who thrives in dynamic and evolving environments, you demonstrate agility in adapting to change and tackling challenges. Your ability to collaborate and influence others positively impacts team outcomes, and you are known for your exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively, even under pressure. A systematic approach to problem-solving, combined with rational decision-making, further underscores your capability as a leader.

Qualities we 're looking for in this role:
• University degree within Finance.
• Experience in an FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment.
• 4+ years of experience dealing with stakeholders and presenting to Leadership team.
• Strong Financial Business skills
• A thorough understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems, specifically Excel, Power BI, BPC, SAP.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
