The speed and the quality of our strategy execution will be the most important differentiator in the coming years ahead. For that reason, we are now looking for Technical Project Leaders for the cab development, specifically within the exterior. Do you want to be a part of making history on this journey? You will work in the "Cab Exterior of Cab team" and we work in an agile landscape where designers, production, and purchaser work closely together.
Your tasks
You are responsible to plan and execute the Cab BIW project/product development and you will:
• Develop our new product within the full lifecycle, from scratch, concept selection, engineering development, verification/validation, prototype, and service in your area
• Present daily steering meetings with team members to plan and implement the backlog. You will help and be with the project leader in front of Cab daily steering, Layout meeting, cost fit meeting, Spring Review, Demo, and PI planning.
• Take the lead to balance/decide the cost, quality, requirements, and integration in your area by collaborating with all the stakeholders in the program/project team.
• prioritize the market/customer needs to proceed with our target and deliverables within time and with quality.
• You are open-minded to the challenge "as is".
Your profile
You are communicative and well-structured in your work. You are pragmatic and you find the best way forward in cooperation with others. You emphasize working in a diverse work environment and you find joy in meeting people from different cultures
• More than 6 years of BIW engineering development experience from OEM or TIR 1 suppliers. Deep BIW process knowledge is a must
• Attitude of CAN DO and leadership in complex/new organisations.
• Hands-on Catia and PLM tools experience is preferred
• A degree of engineering and/or equal years of experience is required
• SAFe Agile experience is a merit
• Fluent English is a must, Mandarin and Swedish language skills are an advantage.
• Be able to balance all requirements to prioritize our cost target.

Your location
The Industrial Operations Asia Research and Development are currently based in Södertälje. Later, the development will be divided between Sweden and China. A shorter or longer period in China must be considered as it will be key for success.
