hela Sverige KRY is Europe's leading digital healthcare company backed by top tier investors Accel and Index Ventures. Join us in our mission to build better and more accessible healthcare. We are using technology to move consultations and healthcare management online and provide a service that gives the patient the best possible health care experience, regardless of location. Founded and headquartered in Stockholm, we have offices in UK, France, Germany and Norway.
KRY is growing at a fast pace and we're now looking for an outstanding Senior Associate to join the Swedish country team in Stockholm. Working with the country management and reporting to the Head of Strategy & Business Operations, you will lead workstreams to find solutions to thorny business problems, contribute to the execution of strategy & planning work and facilitate cross-team projects.
In this Strategy & Operations role, you will operate like an internal consultant, managing a portfolio of ongoing projects identified as critical by the company and country leadership. You will be exposed to a variety of problems at a fast pace and will often work as an embedded part of various teams. Exemplary projects include identifying implementation of user acquisition and activation initiatives, optimizing parts of our patient experience from a commercial, product and ops perspective (e.g. lab tests) or assessing new healthcare initiatives.
You are an analytical person with a great sense for numbers. In addition, you are also structured when it comes to breaking down complex problems and you can show strong business judgement. You enjoy juggling multiple initiatives, diving deep into problems, understanding them and coming out with clear solutions which you confidently communicate to senior decision makers. You enjoy challenging problems, steep learning curves and love to roll up your sleeves to hustle together with like-minded peers. Being a team player and being able to drive change is extremely important in this fast paced multi-stakeholder environment.
What you will do
• Work with the Sweden country management on a broad range of strategic and hands-on projects
• Dive into specific business areas and support the team with the implementation of growth initiatives, such as the setup of new services for patients or business models
• Prepare analysis and business cases for decision making on investments and growth efforts
• Facilitate implementation of projects with clear success metrics, where required
• Conduct industry, competitor and business performance analysis
• Be part of cross-functional project teams and roll out strategic projects
• Improve internal processes for growth and help us run on a smooth operating rhythm
• Support preparation of tactical and financial planning
Who you are
• 2+ years experience of working with strategy, business development and structured problem solving and analysis, e.g. through experience in management consulting or tech
• Strong logical reasoning skills, you love to break complex problems into smaller ones
• Skilled with using numbers and data to prove a point
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A true team player who can work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
• Self-driven and a can-do attitude
• Project leader skills - able to drive change in a multi-stakeholder environment
• Thrive in a fast paced environment with multiple unknowns
• Passionate about transforming the way healthcare is provided across Europe, and particularly in the Sweden, while putting the patient first
• Fluent in both Swedish and English
This is your chance to work for a meaningful company that encourages personal development and celebrates diversity. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, or marital status.
We offer a unique opportunity to gain a broad and deep understanding of the inner working at Europe's leading digital healthcare provider. We value grit and a can-do attitude; there is a long and challenging journey ahead of us. You are brave enough to set high goals and then work passionately to achieve them. Last, but not least, we think you believe in that by working together we will achieve greater things than by working alone. At KRY we care about each other and the world around us. Expect to have fun and learn new things every day!
