Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 and Sharepoint developer, who will be responsible for working closely with our stakeholders to create and update custom SharePoint solutions, manage changes and updates to our SharePoint based intranet and other communication tools. In addition to SharePoint, this role will work with development for Azure, integrations with other platforms, and our automated tests, release pipelines and change management.
In this role you will be a member of an agile Scrum team, supporting our stakeholders in the development of solutions leveraging our Microsoft 365 platform.
This is a permanent role based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
As Senior Analyst, you will:
Develop custom solutions for SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 platforms.
Develop, implement and maintain complementary platforms supporting specific business processes such as communications.
Manage stakeholders - Understand the requirements and follow through all stages of implementation.
Develop and utilize managed development pipelines to deploy solutions to Dev, Test, and Production environments.
Design and develop internal automation processes to improve efficiency.
Work efficiently in an Agile Scrum methodology.

We believe you have
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Information Science, Computer Science or equivalent.
Expert knowledge with 5 to 10 years of experience in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 development.

Technical skills
Strong experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development.
Experience with development in Azure: Azure Functions, Application Insights, security concepts, etc.
Experience with Azure Enterprise Scale and landing zones is a bonus.
Experience from integrating with different systems through APIs
Experience from working in a structured way with source code management, branches, with tools like Git
Strong experience with PowerShell automation in SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 applications.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Experience with general web development technologies: React, Typescript, JavaScript, etc
Experience with development in .Net
Experience with our other platforms (Canto, Appspace) is a bonus

Languages
Fluent in English, written as well as spoken

Personal Skills
Good analytical, investigational, and troubleshooting skills.
Have an ear for diagnosing and understanding end user's needs, the ability to prescribe and communicate the right solution and then ultimately determine the right combination of methods using the skills mentioned above to deliver the right features.
Ability to understand the end user's experience
Have the skills to manage and communicate with stakeholders.
Ability to work within a remote team.
